Big MAHALO for Fun Run Donations! More events are coming up, Harvest Festival & Rummage Sale

Aloha Haha`ione PTSA and families,

We hope your children had a blast at our PTSA Fun Run!  Thank you all for your generous monetary donations, volunteering and cheering on your children as they ran to raise funds for their school!  It's not too late!  If you still would like to send in donations, please turn them in to your teacher or our school office when they return to school.  The classroom with the highest monetary donations will receive an ice cream party!  The highest fund-raisers will receive a prize!!

RUMMAGE SALESaturday, Nov. 11 at 7am - 12pm.  More info coming soon!  We'll set up the day before, from 3pm-6pm in our cafeteria.  Accepting donations after fall break:  One person's junk is another person's treasures! Mahalo!

Our next meeting is on Monday, November 6 at 6:45pm. The budget is always shared, so you know how much money is coming in and exactly where it's going.

Readathon

Our 3rd largest fundraiser began Thursday, Jan. 17 and runs  through Jan. 27.   This is the "fun" in "fundraiser", as children set goals to read the most minutes, ask family for monetary donations for their efforts in reading and then win prizes, including an ice cream party to the top 3 classrooms that raise the most funds!  All proceeds will go to help fund our Literacy Center (aka: library) renovations.  Specific details were sent home in the Thursday envelope.  Top Reader and Top Fund-raiser will win the grand prize of a Kindle. Special prizes will go to the top reader and top fund-raiser of each grade level!
